Job Overview

The Roustabout supports daily operational activities within the ecosystem, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant handling of deck operations, cargo movements, and general maintenance tasks. This role is essential for maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment while assisting the drilling and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general deck operations including loading, offloading, and securing equipment.

• Assist with routine maintenance, housekeeping, and painting tasks to ensure safe working areas.

• Support crane, lifting, and marine operations under supervision.

• Comply with all Olingas HSE rules, safety procedures, and reporting protocols.

• Participate in toolbox talks, safety drills, and operational briefings.

• Assist drilling and production teams with manual handling and operational support as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous offshore experience as a Roustabout or similar role preferred.

• Valid offshore certifications (BOSIET/FOET, HUET, Medical).

• Strong awareness of safety standards and hazard identification.

• Physical fitness and ability to work in demanding environments.

• Team-oriented mindset, disciplined, and reliable.
